Great Machine, Better Customer Service

I've been using my Native Juicer for about 3 months now and couldn't be happier with the actual juicer. I wanted to comment though on the wonderful people that work at Native Juicer. I had initial problems with my delivery (UPS lost the unit at their warehouse somewhere). So, when it didn't arrive at my house, I called the nice gals on their customer service # and they re-shipped me another juicer while I was on the phone with them without any hassle. I received the 2nd juicer the next day, then got the UPS lost juicer 5 days later... I called Native Juicer while the UPS man was at my house, handed the phone over to the UPS man and they worked out the issue of the lost juicer. Really wonderful customer service!!! I'll buy from you guys again... when are the new blenders available?

I received my juicer about 2 weeks ago and have used it almost every day since. It's quiet, easy to use and even easier to clean! After using a few recipes from your web site and finding some others online, I know that my New Year resolution to get in shape is going to be so much easier.

Excellent all around juicer

This juicer is great; easy to use & easier to clean. The 9 speed dial makes it easy to stop juice foaming. We're retired and my mom in Connecticut is getting on in years, but this juicer was so easy to use I bought 1 for her after we used ours for a few weeks.
My husband was diagnosed with Multiple Myeloma cancer 2 years ago. We went through some pretty rough conventional western treatments (chemo), and radically changed our diets; learned a lot about our diet & body health & are now juicing daily to be healthier.
We bought a Jack Lalanne juicer about a year ago. It worked OK at first, but was a real bother to clean. We misplaced the mesh screen wrench several times which made it impossible to remove the screen & clean until we found the wrench. By the time we found it, the pulp was dried on the screen & impossible to clean. We had to order a replacement screen to keep using the juicer.
